At Pure Kate Art, we take great care in creating and packaging our artwork to ensure it arrives safely and meets your expectations. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we want to make the process as seamless as possible. Please review our policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our artwork and prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:
- Email us at kate@purekate.art within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
- We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of damage, defects, or order errors. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or carrier.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will work to resolve it.
